Booking and payments

1. Call us on 00 33 77 033  05 95 or email us at info@chalethibou.co.uk to confirm availability or contact us by completing our website contact form.

2. Reserve your booking by phone or email. We will hold your booking for 10 days pending the receipt of a completed and signed booking form.  At this stage we have a contract with you.  The Booking Form being completed signed and returned indicates that the Group Leader has read the terms and conditions on the website on behalf of the whole Group.  Full payment is required 10 weeks before the start of your holiday.

3. Once we have received your booking form we will send you confirmation of your booking together with an invoice for the full payment which will be due 10 weeks before the start of your holiday.  Payment can only be made by bank transfer.
