FAQs
Do you take bookings all year round?

Chalet Hibou is open for bookings during the winter and summer months. Our winter season runs from the beginning of December until the second week of May.
Skiing not your thing? The Belleville Valley transforms during the summer into a lush green playground of amazing summer activities. Our summer season runs from the beginning of July to the end of August.
What if I don't ski?
It doesn't matter! There are plenty of other winter activities on offer in the Three Valleys for non-skiers.
If you'd like to learn to ski (or want to boost your skills or confidence) we can arrange private or group lessons with ESF. Please contact us for more information.
Do I need to bring my own ski/snowboarding gear?
If you need to hire ski or snowboarding equipment, we can arrange this through our local partner. We'll personally take you up to the hire shop on the first morning of your holiday and ensure you have everything you need! Please contact us before your trip so that we can arrange this.
If you have your own ski gear, great! We will happily store your equipment securely at the chalet during your stay and there's plenty of space in the van.
If you would like your own skis/board shipped out before you arrive, why not give BagSolo a try? An innovative new service where your skis/board (or bike in the summer) are picked up from your address and FedExed to your destination so that your equipment is waiting for you when you arrive.
